It provides basic information about the application, for example, [resourceManager](../reference/apis-localization-kit/js-apis-resource-manager.md), [applicationInfo](../reference/apis-ability-kit/js-apis-bundleManager-applicationInfo.md), [dir](../reference/apis-ability-kit/js-apis-inner-application-context.md#properties) (application file path), and [area](../reference/apis-ability-kit/js-apis-app-ability-contextConstant.md#contextconstantareamode) (encryption level). It also provides basic methods such as **createBundleContext()** and [getApplicationContext()](../reference/apis-ability-kit/js-apis-inner-application-context.md#contextgetapplicationcontext).
