Exynos True Random Number Generator

Required properties:

- compatible  : Should be "samsung,exynos5250-trng".
- reg         : Specifies base physical address and size of the registers map.
- clocks      : Phandle to clock-controller plus clock-specifier pair.
- clock-names : "secss" as a clock name.
